I used to be an intern in Barcelona Home for a few months and I have to say that it was very useful experience for me, also I had so much fun in Barcelona! It was my first time when I worked in international company and it was a great. The apartment was in a really good area just like the listing. Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed the view everyday. I’d never rented an apartment on holiday before but I’ll definitely do it again. I would highly recommended the whole service.
The work is very boring because interns are not taught new knowledge, they just do the same, there is no challenge or improvement for interns. Boss is not educated, he has a very high ego and does not know how to communicate with other people. He just walk around the office all the time and monitor the people, he actually does not anything productive.
Internship
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. We occupied a very nice apartment with a spacious room and a snug double bed. Moreover the apartment was very well located since we were at 10 minutes from the beach, by walking.
Unfortunately there is nothing to learn, the whole thing is a big joke. I do not recommend it to anyone, I already put it on the black list of my school so at least no one from my University can go there for an internship. Attempted to book two different apartments. The first one I paid for and got no reply for multiple days. When I contacted them, they claimed it was double booked and said i could request a refund if I wanted to. I got my money back and booked a second apartment, within a day they told me they would confirm it.
Stay away from this store!
For almost 3 years now and very happy with my experience. The reviews on this page are the subjective opinion of the Author and not of HomeStars Inc. The delivery crew worked around my schedule and delivered the Thermadore once I was back in town...smooth and without issue. A complex algorithm which considers a company's review ratings, responsiveness, reputation, and recency. It was very convenient tot use the main site, there is basically anything you might need in Barcelona!
I am so happy that I found an internship in Barcelona-Home. I worked in an international team and gained useful work experience for my future career. It’s a good opportunity for every person who wants to improve their professional skills. It goes against our guidelines to offer incentives for reviews.

The company representative, Alba, who was responsible for our accommodation, would selectively ignore us if we had some issue or needed some help. We apologize that the booking was cancelled, but we are happy to hear that you received the full refund. A lot of sketchy business practices to charge the tenants extra.
I ordered these on 12/3 for a Christmas gift. On 12/6 I was notified that they had shipped, however they have been sitting at the warehouse for over a week and I live 30 miles from the warehouse. A week later, I contacted Cornet Barcelona and they told me they had shipped, but tracking clearly shows they have not moved. I contacted their courier, who says they don't have them, and the response from their CA warehouse says "I'll be in touch" with no follow up. Three different inquiries just to get these glasses! I even offered to drive and pick them up at "will call".
After not getting any response for multiple days I sent them an email and they claimed that the apartment was not available again. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active. Unfortunately, I’d like to echo a lot of what I’ve read here. We had a 6 month stay with Barcelona Home and while some aspects of the stay were lovely, the company turned out to be very shady. They asked for a considerable deposit, and then were very deceitful about how much they were withholding.
He also likes to speak about the people behind their back and is really big liar . I wrote a frustrated review about my experience with Cornetbarcelona after a problem with delivery. I was quick to jump to the conclusion that this was a scam because of the numerous online scams that I and friends have been affected by. I bought 4 wine glasses and they are beautiful. I was disappointed though when I noticed on one of the glasses the coloring only went up about an inch from the bottom. Leaves a lot of just plain clear glass.
I was exposed to a very intercultral work enviroment, with people from all over the world. I really like the fact all my former colleagues were speaking English to one and another. While the majority of the employees and interns are not native . The internship itself gave me a boost in terms of the the knowledge and experience I obtained by working for several departments in those 5 months. It was a great experience to work at Barcelona Home.

The employees are mostly interns so you are trained by people who have only been there for a while/you have to work weekends. Only interns, no employees, people can’t know the iner goings of things because everyone is always in training.
I am being told from Cornet customer service that it has shipped. This was a Christmas present, not sure if I will ever get it. Very disappointed, they look like beautiful glasses online. Was going to order some for myself but dont know if I will get these.. I have a lot experience with property management company as a owners of apartments, but for me Barcelona Home is very good choice. This company gives me the peace of mind that comes with knowing that my investment is in good hands.
