One of the biggest and correct decisions, that I made as a landlord was to start cooperating with property management company – Barcelona Home. After that everything is so easy and I don’t have to take care about bookings, contacting with customer, etc. We had a pest control issue in the apartment, and sought help from Alba.
I really want to recommend this company, but am so disappointed and feel completely misled. Also, keep in mind they are located in Barcelona, so customer service is severely delayed due to the time difference. I need to get these shipped for a Christmas present and now it will be late or I'll have to pay a premium. If you want these for a gift, give yourself a lot more time than a month.

I would definitely recommend to all my friends and colleagues. Thank you so much for considering my reviews. Alba continually ignored us until it was time to take the majority of our deposit from us with no explanation. When we inquired, she said the price of the pest control had gone up because we had DELAYED it, even though we had been requesting it for weeks by now. She also charged us for unnecessary VAT and items in the house that did not need to be replaced. To this day we are still asking for more information from her and are being ignored.
We got about €700 fewer than we were supposed to get due to a bunch of last minute, nonsensical charges. Our agent, Alba, also disappeared once we started inquiring about what happened to our money. Little we can do now except write a bad review and hope no one else falls into this trap. We’re exploring legal action, but we’re not sure how much we’ll be able to do as foreigners. Barcelona Designs has been producing high quality mid-century furniture for years and has gained quite a number of positive reviews from adoring customers. I visited Barcelona with my friends, we were looking for a place close to party places, but I had no clue, where could it be, so I contacted BH. They helped me and gave me some options available on their site. Its amazing how easy it was to get answers on my questions. I am a owner of few apartments but I don’t have any time to manage them and for me cooperating with Barcelona Home are so useful. I can trust this company, because every time they solve any kind of problem very professional. I have a few apartments and for me easier way to earn money from my property is cooperate with Barcelona Home company.

Packaging could have been better as one of the two product decorative boxes was partially crushed and is not suitable for gift giving. The glasses themselves were fortunately not broken. Also, please if you do not want to keep the art pieces with you for any reason, bear in mind that you are fully covered by our guarantee.
Found a nice vehicle rental company on Barcelona Home site, good price. I found the blog of Barcelona Home while looking for a room and also places to visit and things to do in Barcelona and that helped me so much! I found a room very easily and fast, great events and bars/restaurants to go to, I even found a SPA for me and my girlfriend next to the apartment we were staying in! No complaints at all can’t wait to come back to Barcelona and stay in one of these wonderful apartments. Thankfully, everything was clear on the site, and when I had questions I could easily get my answers from the company and later the landlord. The Barcelona Home Guide helped me a lot.
The company representative, Alba, who was responsible for our accommodation, would selectively ignore us if we had some issue or needed some help. We apologize that the booking was cancelled, but we are happy to hear that you received the full refund. A lot of sketchy business practices to charge the tenants extra.

I ordered these on 12/3 for a Christmas gift. On 12/6 I was notified that they had shipped, however they have been sitting at the warehouse for over a week and I live 30 miles from the warehouse. A week later, I contacted Cornet Barcelona and they told me they had shipped, but tracking clearly shows they have not moved. I contacted their courier, who says they don't have them, and the response from their CA warehouse says "I'll be in touch" with no follow up. Three different inquiries just to get these glasses! I even offered to drive and pick them up at "will call".
